The Brackenfell Business Improvement District (BBID) is pleased to announce that Geocentric has been appointed as our official management company.

Geocentric has a long-standing relationship with the BBID, having assisted with the establishment process back in 2013. Their team led the technical development of the BBID proposal, including the feasibility study, business plan and application to the City of Cape Town. We’re excited to now have them on board to manage day-to-day operations and continue strengthening safety, cleanliness and urban management in our area.

We’d also like to introduce our BBID Manager, Byron Page, who will be overseeing operations on the ground and working closely with local businesses and community members. Byron is committed to improving public spaces and ensuring a safer, more welcoming environment for all in Brackenfell.
